These Gift Card Terms apply to all digital gift cards issued by MAJORES. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to the terms below.
1. Gift Card Issuance & Delivery
MAJORES gift cards are digital gift cards issued and managed through Shopify’s secure gift card system.
- Gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient specified at checkout.
- Each gift card includes instructions for redemption at checkout.
- Gift cards are valid for purchases made on the MAJORES website only.
2. Redemption
- Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible products available on the MAJORES website.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Gift cards may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
If your purchase total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.
3. CURRENCY, MARKETS & CONVERSION
MAJORES digital gift cards are issued in Canadian dollars (CAD). Current denominations are CAD $25, CAD $50, CAD $100, and CAD $200.
If you shop in a market that uses another currency, Shopify converts the displayed and charged purchase amount using the exchange rate applied to that market at checkout. Exchange rates may change, so the presentment-currency equivalent can vary over time.
The gift card’s balance remains denominated in CAD. When it is used in another available currency, Shopify applies its current currency-conversion process to the available balance. Except where required by law, exchange-rate changes do not create a right to a refund, additional balance, or a fixed local-currency value.
4. Expiration & Fees
- Gift cards do not expire while MAJORES remains in operation.
- No service fees, maintenance fees, or processing fees apply.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Deleted Gift Cards
- MAJORES is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
- Gift cards cannot be replaced once issued.
Please store your gift card email and code securely.
6. Refunds & Cash Redemption
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or credit, except where required by law.
Purchases made using gift cards are subject to MAJORES’ Return & Refund Policy.
7. Business Closure or Service Changes
In the event that MAJORES ceases operations, any unused gift card balances may no longer be redeemable.
Gift cards do not represent stored monetary value or a bank account and are not insured or guaranteed.
8. Fraud & Abuse
MAJORES reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or refuse gift cards and related orders where fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAJORES shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
10. Governing Law
These Gift Card Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
