Copyright, Trademarks & Intellectual Property Notice

MAJORES respects the intellectual property rights of creators, brands, suppliers and other rights holders.

This website contains a combination of original MAJORES content and third-party products, photographs, product information, trademarks and other materials that MAJORES may be authorized to use in connection with the sale and promotion of merchandise.

Nothing in this notice is intended to claim ownership of intellectual property belonging to another person, brand, supplier or rights holder.

1. MAJORES-Owned Content

Certain original content appearing on this website is owned by MAJORES or used by MAJORES under rights that permit us to reproduce, display or otherwise use that content.

MAJORES-owned content may include original artwork, illustrations and graphic designs; original website copy and editorial material; original photography and creative imagery; original visual compositions and design treatments; and MAJORES branding and other creative materials where MAJORES holds the applicable rights.

Where content has been created by a third party for MAJORES, MAJORES claims ownership only where the applicable intellectual property rights have been validly transferred, assigned or otherwise granted to MAJORES.

Copyright protection applies only to material that qualifies for protection under applicable law.

2. MAJORES Brands and Trademarks

MAJORES and its subsidiaries, together with their associated logos, visual identifiers, taglines or other brand elements, may constitute trademarks, trade names or other proprietary brand assets to the extent rights exist under applicable law.

Nothing on this website grants permission to use MAJORES branding in a manner that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or authorization where none exists.

Third-party brand names, product names, logos and trademarks appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on MAJORES does not mean that MAJORES owns those marks.

3. Third-Party Products and Merchandise

MAJORES sells both MAJORES-designed products and merchandise supplied, manufactured or offered by third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners.

The sale of a third-party product through MAJORES does not mean that MAJORES owns the product design, underlying intellectual property, manufacturer's branding or other proprietary rights associated with that product.

Rights in third-party merchandise remain with the applicable manufacturer, supplier, designer, brand or other rights holder.

MAJORES's rights to market, display, sell or otherwise use third-party products and related materials are subject to the permissions, licences, supplier agreements, platform terms and other arrangements applicable to those products.

4. Third-Party Images, Descriptions and Other Content

Some product photographs, videos, specifications, descriptions, sizing information, names, graphics or other catalogue materials appearing on MAJORES may be supplied by manufacturers, distributors, fulfilment providers, technology platforms or other third parties.

Such material may remain the intellectual property of the applicable third party and is displayed by MAJORES only to the extent authorized or otherwise permitted.

Where MAJORES independently creates original editorial copy, photography, layouts or other creative material relating to a third-party product, MAJORES may hold rights in that original contribution without claiming ownership of the underlying product or third-party materials.

5. Generic, Cultural and Non-Proprietary Elements

MAJORES does not claim exclusive ownership merely because a common or non-proprietary element appears within our work.

Common words and phrases, geographic names, facts, ideas, concepts, cultural references, commonly used symbols and other material that is not independently protected remain available subject to applicable law and the rights of others.

An original MAJORES work incorporating such elements may nevertheless contain protectable original expression in its particular artwork, wording, composition or creative treatment.

Third-party fonts, software, templates, stock assets and similar licensed resources remain subject to the rights and licence terms of their respective owners.

6. Use of MAJORES-Owned Content

Unless permitted by applicable law or authorized by MAJORES, MAJORES-owned copyrighted material may not be reproduced, copied, adapted, distributed, republished, commercially exploited or used to create unauthorized derivative works.

MAJORES branding may not be used in a misleading manner or in a way that falsely suggests a commercial relationship with MAJORES.

Nothing in this notice is intended to restrict rights that a person may have under applicable copyright law, including statutory exceptions or other lawful uses.

7. Automated Collection and AI Use

MAJORES reserves its rights in MAJORES-owned content with respect to automated reproduction, extraction, dataset creation, machine-learning use and generative artificial-intelligence systems to the extent permitted by applicable law and any applicable contractual terms.

This provision applies only to rights held or enforceable by MAJORES and does not purport to restrict lawful use of third-party material, public-domain material or content over which MAJORES has no such rights.

Additional restrictions governing access to and use of the MAJORES website may be contained in our Terms of Service.

8. Print-on-Demand, Manufacturing and Fulfilment Partners

MAJORES may use third-party print-on-demand providers, manufacturers, suppliers, technology platforms and fulfilment partners to create, source, process or deliver products.

Where MAJORES provides original content to such a provider, the provider's right to access, reproduce, store, process or otherwise use that content is governed by the applicable agreement, licence, terms of service and law.

Use of a third-party service does not, by itself, transfer ownership of MAJORES intellectual property to that provider.

Likewise, MAJORES does not claim ownership of intellectual property belonging to a supplier or service provider merely because that material is used in connection with MAJORES products or orders.

9. No Implied Transfer of Rights

Purchasing a product from MAJORES does not transfer copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights associated with the product, artwork, branding, photography or other protected material.

Ownership of a physical product is separate from ownership of the intellectual property embodied in or associated with that product.

Accessing or purchasing through this website does not grant any licence to MAJORES-owned intellectual property except as expressly stated or required by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property Concerns

MAJORES respects the rights of others.

If you believe that content appearing on MAJORES infringes copyright, trademark or another intellectual property right, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the material and the rights at issue.

Where appropriate, MAJORES may investigate the concern, remove or restrict disputed material, contact the relevant supplier or platform, or use available copyright, marketplace or platform procedures.

MAJORES may also take appropriate action where its own intellectual property is used without authorization, including platform infringement reports, copyright takedown procedures, cease-and-desist communications and legal remedies available under applicable law.

11. Permissions and Licensing

Permission to use MAJORES-owned content outside the uses permitted by law must be obtained from MAJORES.

Requests relating to content owned by another brand, supplier, photographer, designer or other third party should be directed to the applicable rights holder.

For MAJORES licensing or intellectual property inquiries, please contact us.
