OVERVIEW
Welcome to MAJORES. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MAJORES. MAJORES operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
MAJORES is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision.
Information you provide, including your email address, billing details, payment information, and shipping address, must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, details, and images accurately. Screen settings and production processes may cause reasonable variation.
All products are final sale once shipped. MAJORES does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges except for verified damage or defects, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. MAJORES reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, including where fraud or abuse is suspected. Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed and order confirmation is issued.
Cancellation requests may be submitted until an order is fulfilled. Once fulfilment has begun or an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed. Please review all order details carefully before submitting.
Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or commercial distribution.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and any duties or import charges are displayed where required or otherwise remain the customer’s responsibility.
You authorize MAJORES and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other matters outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. See our Shipping Policy for further details.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. MAJORES does not offer exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact MAJORES within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Where a return is required for an approved claim, the item must be unused and unworn, with original tags and clear garment packaging bearing the SKU label, where available. MAJORES covers return shipping for verified damage, defect, or shipping-error claims, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Minor variations in print placement, colour tone, sizing tolerance, material texture, or natural product grain are normal and do not qualify as defects.
SECTION 7 – GIFT CARDS AND CURRENCY
MAJORES digital gift cards are issued in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you shop in a market that uses another currency, Shopify converts the displayed and charged purchase amount using the exchange rate applied to that market at checkout. Exchange rates may change.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, except where required by law. When a gift card is used in another available currency, Shopify applies its current currency-conversion process to the available balance.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including designs, logos, text, images, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to MAJORES and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit it without our written permission.
SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED USES
You must not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; or violate the rights of MAJORES or others.
SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services. MAJORES is not responsible for third-party content, policies, products, or services.
SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAJORES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or products.
SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAJORES and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
SECTION 15 – CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will identify the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
SECTION 16 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
